Profession: Coeducational boarding and day school specializing in complex learning disabilities (LD) and special education.
Orientation: Brehm delivers a unique holistic educational program, on an 80-acre campus fulfilling the academic, social, and emotional needs of each student  grades 6 thru 12.  Providing cooperative family style environment where students discover that they share learning differences. ADHD Tutoring
Day Tuition is designed for local day students. It includes an individualized educational plan, lunch in the dining hall, required textbooks, speech and language therapy, an assigned Apple laptop with bundled latest assistive software, medical and clinical support, tutoring, some social skills training and activities transportation. ADHD Summer Programs. Boarding Tuition is designed to be primarily all-inclusive for boarding students. Profession: Clinical Psychologist, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Campus Director, Author, Facilitator, Consultant and College Professor.
Dr. Dawson has managed research on the emotional needs of children with learning disabilities and authored research documents, articles and publications for parents and educators. Dr. Dawson next worked as Assistant Director of Learning Disabilities Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In this role, she consulted with and guided parents and the academic community in support of students, analyzed student records to determine legal accommodations, and coached students with learning disabilities.
Orientation: Throughout her career, Dr. Dawson has maintained a private practice for coaching individuals with learning disabilities and ADHD. ADHD Coaching High school and college students with ADHD as well as women, mothers and parents. As a certified coach and consultant for the past 15 years, she helps families, youth and women, find success through transitions from high school, to college, to the work place, and beyond. Her whole life approach and success model has helped individuals move forward in all areas of their lives.
